For more detailed Statement of Faith – Please review – Beloveds Doctrinal Statement

About the Value of the Bible

It is the very foundation and basis of all our belief. It is uniquely God-breathed, without error in its original autographs(Ps 12:6, Pr 30:5), infallible(Mat 24:35, Lk 16:17) Necessary(Mat 4:4), Sufficient(2 Peter 1:2-4) and is the final authority on all things especially faith, conduct, life and godliness(2 Timothy 3:16, Peter 1:19-21)

About the Identity of Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:9), in His virgin birth as fully human (Matthew 1:18-23), in His sinless life (2 Corinthians 5:21), His atoning death(1 John 2:2), His bodily resurrection(1 Corinthians 15:4), while wait for His glorious appearing(Titus 2:13)

About the Nature of God

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:16, 17, Matthew 28:18, 19) co-equal and co-eternal as our Creator (Genesis 1:26), Redeemer(Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:20, John 16:8), Sustainer (Acts 17:24-29) and the only hope for mankind. God is perfect love(1 John 4:16). He desires for each of us is to experience an ongoing personal relationship with Him

About our need for salvation, and God’s provision of it

God created us to have an intimate relationship with Him. We all by nature sin, violating or falling short of God’s law, and going our own way, (Romans 3:23 Isaiah 53:6) Because of His love, God sent his Son, Jesus to die on the cross to pay the penalty of our sin, and reconcile us with God (John 3:16, Romans 5:6-10) We must individually receive God’s gift of forgiveness and reconciliation by faith in Christ. (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9)

About the Salvation of our God

We teach that salvation is wholly of God by grace, through faith on the basis of the redemption of our Lord Jesus Christ, the merit of His shed blood, and not on the basis of human merit or works (John 1:12; Ephesians 1:7; 2:8-10; 1 Peter 1:18-19).

It is obtained through Election(Eph 1:4-11,Rom 8:28-30), Regeneration(John 3:3,5, Titus 3:5), Justification(Rom 8:33), Sanctification both positional(Acts 20:32,1 Corinth 1:2,30,6:11) and progressive(John 17:17,19, Rom 6:1-22,2 Corinth 3:18, 1 Thes 4:3-4), Security(John 5:24,6:37-40,10:27-30,Rom 8:1,31-39) and Separation( 2 Corinth 6:14-7:1, 2 Tim 3:1-5)

About the church

We recognize and embrace the Church as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-18). The Church was established by Christ (Matthew 16:18) and He is the Head of the Church (Ephesians 1:22). Those who place their faith in Jesus Christ for their salvation and trust Him as Lord are members of His church. (Matthew 16:16, Romans 10:9-10). As an outward expression of that faith and commitment we follow God’s command to practice believer’s baptism. (Matthew 28:19).

About the person and work of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit indwells and enables the Christian to live a Godly life (John 14:16, John 15:26, Galatians 5:22-25, Philippians 1:16, Philippians 2:13).

About the Return of Christ

Our Lord Jesus Christ will return personally in bodily form just as He
ascended into the sky(Acts 1:9-11) to receive His redeemed unto Himself(Titus 2:13-14, Philip 3:20-21). The return of our Lord is imminent (Rev 22:7, 12) and is for those that are in Christ both the living and the dead to be translated to meet the Lord and be
with Him forever (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
